Stiltz Facebook Ads: 6 Lessons for Local Elevator Dealers

Stiltz is the heaviest home elevator advertiser on Facebook and Instagram in the US. On October 9, 2026, 73 of the 162 active "home elevator" ads we read were from Stiltz's US head office. Its longest-running ads use 15-second product videos, a free information pack instead of a hard sell, customer stories and city-specific versions. Local dealers can copy the structure and win on local proof.
Stiltz runs more home elevator ads on Facebook and Instagram than anyone else in the US. When we checked the Meta Ad Library on October 9, 2026, there were about 190 active US ads containing the phrase "home elevator". Of the 162 we read, 73 came from Stiltz Homelifts USA, the brand's head office. A broader search for "Stiltz" returned about 140 ads, 92 of them from corporate. No local dealer in those results ran more than a handful.
The Meta Ad Library is public, and it shows how long each ad has been live. An ad that keeps running for months is almost always paying for itself, so run time is the best public signal of what works. Here is what Stiltz runs, and what a local dealer can take from it.
What Stiltz's Facebook ads are running right now
| Days live | Format | Hook | Offer |
|---|---|---|---|
| 190 | 15-second video | "Discover America's #1 home elevator." Compact footprint, fits almost anywhere, quick install, full warranty | Free information pack, Get Quote button |
| 123 | Video / image | "Don't let stairs be the reason you leave the home you love." | Free brochure |
| 74 | Customer story video | "Why buy a stairlift when you can have a REAL home elevator?" | Free brochure |
| 73 | City versions | "Chicago is home. Let's make sure you can stay there forever." | Free brochure |

Lesson 1: Sell the information pack, not the elevator
None of Stiltz's long-running ads asks anyone to buy or book. They offer a free brochure or information pack. A $30,000 purchase that people research for months needs a small first step, and a brochure is about the smallest there is.
For a dealer: offer a local price and fit guide as the lead magnet: real price ranges for the models you install, the space each needs, and two or three photos of your installs. Send it by text and email the moment someone submits the form, then call within 15 minutes.
Lesson 2: Short video that answers "will it fit?"
The 190-day winner is a 15-second video built on three claims: compact footprint, fits almost anywhere, quick install. Those are the two questions buyers search most, what it costs and whether it fits. Search data backs this up. Google Trends shows "shaftless home elevator cost" up about 200% and "small home elevator cost" up about 150%.
For a dealer: film a tape measure on the floor of a real install, then the lift arriving. On-screen text: "Needs about 5 ft by 4 ft. No shaft, no pit." Vertical 9:16 for Reels and Stories, 4:5 for feed, 15 to 30 seconds.
Lesson 3: Talk about the home, never the body
Read Stiltz's hooks again. "The reason you leave the home you love." "Chicago is home." They talk about the house and staying in it, not the viewer's knees or health. That matters, because Meta's personal attributes policy rejects ads that imply something about the viewer, such as "Struggling with stairs?"
For a dealer: write about floors, rooms and staying put: "Every floor of your home, reachable." Keep financing out of the ad copy too, since promoting monthly payments can push the ad into a special ad category with tighter targeting limits. Bring financing up on the call.
Lesson 4: Real customers beat actors
Two of Stiltz's longer runners are customer stories: a real homeowner, at home, riding the lift. Testimonial video works because the buyer, or the adult child researching for a parent, wants to see someone like them using it.
For a dealer: ask your last five happy customers for 20 seconds of phone video. Keep it unpolished. A local face in a local house is the one thing a national brand cannot fake.
Lesson 5: City versions are the dealer's home turf
Stiltz has started running city-specific versions such as the Chicago ad above. When a national brand localizes, it is telling you local relevance lifts results. This is where a dealer has the edge, because you can show real streets, real installs and a real local team.
For a dealer: make one version per town in your service radius. Open on a recognizable local scene, then cut to an install. Our Google Trends research found the strongest home elevator interest in coastal Southeast metros such as Wilmington NC, Charleston SC and Myrtle Beach SC, where raised homes put the living space a full floor above the garage.
Lesson 6: Volume and patience
Stiltz keeps dozens of ads live at once and leaves winners running for months. Stiltz brand searches are up about 20% year over year on Google Trends, and searches like "stiltz duo home elevator cost" are up about 250%. The advertising is creating demand, and much of it lands in dealer territories.
For a dealer: launch three concepts, keep the best two, and refresh creative every two to four weeks. Budget at least $70 to $80 a day for one metro. Below roughly $1,500 a month, Meta campaigns rarely get enough results to learn.
What not to copy
- Brand claims you cannot back up. "America's #1" is Stiltz's claim to make. Use only claims you can prove, such as your own install count or review rating.
- Trademarks. If you are not an authorized dealer for a brand, do not use its name or imagery in your ads.
- A brochure with no follow-up. A national brand can afford a long nurture. A local dealer needs the call inside 15 minutes, while the homeowner still remembers filling in the form.
A simple plan for your first 30 days
- Pull your 10 best install photos and 3 short customer videos.
- Build one lead form with four questions: who it is for, floors to connect, home type and timeline.
- Launch three ads: the fit video, the honest price video and a customer story.
- Text the price guide instantly; call within 15 minutes; book the in-home measure on the first call.
- Track booked visits, not form fills, and upload booked and sold lists back to Meta monthly.

Frequently asked questions
How many Facebook ads does Stiltz run in the US?
On October 9, 2026, a Meta Ad Library search for active US ads containing "home elevator" returned about 190 ads, and 73 of the 162 we read were from Stiltz Homelifts USA. A broader "Stiltz" search showed about 140 ads, 92 from the corporate account. Numbers change daily, so check the Ad Library for the current count.
What offer does Stiltz use in its ads?
Its long-running ads offer a free information pack or brochure rather than asking people to buy or book. That gives a low-pressure first step for a large purchase people research for months. Local dealers can use the same idea with a local price and fit guide sent instantly by text and email.
Can a local dealer advertise against Stiltz on Facebook?
Yes. Most local dealers run few or no ads, so a dealer with real install videos, local customer stories and a fast call-back can stand out. Avoid using another brand's name or imagery unless you are an authorized dealer, and only make claims you can prove.
How do I see a competitor's Facebook ads?
Open the Meta Ad Library at facebook.com/ads/library, set the country to the United States and the category to all ads, then search the brand name or a phrase such as "home elevator". Each ad shows its start date, so you can see how long it has been running and which versions it uses.
Want booked visits instead of clicks?
We run Meta ads for home elevator and stair lift dealers. You pay $100 per booked in-home visit, capped at $800 a month, and you keep the ad account. One dealer per area.
